If you are on the map, deal 2000 skill damage. If you are the garrison commander, deal 1400 damage to 3 targets in a fan. Either way troops hit lose 30% march speed for 3 seconds.

If you are the garrison, when you launch a basic attack you have a 10% chance to gain 20% defense and 15% bonus damage for 3 seconds.

Gain 30% defense. If you have less than 50% troops left, deal 20% more damage.

If you are the garrison: Gain 20% attack and when you are hit with a basic attack you have a 10% chance to gain a 500 shield for 3 seconds and deal 30% more counterattack damage for 3 seconds.

If you are using at least 2 troop types, you gain 20% attack and 20% defense.
