About MetaRoK
MetaRoK is a fan-made companion site for Rise of Kingdoms, made by Cortex, a Rise of Kingdoms creator on YouTube with a community on Discord. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Lilith Games.
What is on the site
- Tier lists for Open Field, Rally & Garrison and Swarming, ranked from Z (the best) down, plus an Investment list of which single commanders are worth levelling.
- 88 pairing pages, one for every ranked pairing, with its talent build, accessories, formation and, where they are listed, the matchups it wins and loses.
- 41 commander pages in the commander databank, with each commander's skills, tiers by mode and best partners, and the skill upgrade order where one is set.
- Meta marches: which pairings to run when you field five, six or seven marches.
- Tools: a tier list maker, a talent tree maker and RoKdle, a daily commander guessing game.
- Profiles and kingdoms: a governor profile with a march showcase you can save as an image, and kingdom pages with leadership verification.
Changes and corrections
New features and fixes are listed in the changelog; the latest release is "Connect Patreon, Equipment Plan & New Badges", on October 16, 2026. Pages that carry a written guide show the date it was last reviewed.
Commander, skill, talent and equipment details are meant to match what the game shows. If something no longer matches after an update, or you think a ranking is wrong, say so: use the Feedback button in the header when signed in, the contact form, or the Discord.
Free to use
Every tier list, pairing page, commander page and tool is free. Visitors see ads on some pages; the paid tiers, sold through Patreon, remove them and add extras. See the privacy policy for what the site stores and the terms of use.
