Deals 2000 skill damage to 5 targets in a circle AoE. Troops hit deal 15% less damage for 3 seconds. Every target hit reduces the damage dealt to each target by 15%.

Archers gain 30% health and 5% damage. If you are on the map, whenever you are inflicted with a control effect you have a 50% chance to negate that effect and deal 500 skill damage to the troop that attempted to inflict it.

If only using archers you deal 20% more skill damage. When you launch a basic attack, archers have a 10% chance to gain 50% attack for 3 seconds.

When you use an active skill: If you do not already have the marquis effect, gain it (increases damage dealt by 10%) for 10 seconds. If you already have the marquis effect and only using archers, dispel the marquis effect and deal 1500 skill damage to 3 targets in a circle AoE (skill damage not affected by skill damage buffs).

When entering combat, this commander gains the marquis effect (increases damage dealt by 10%) for 15 seconds. Whenever you deal skill damage with the Burning of Xinye or Marquis Zhongwu skills, you gain 30 rage.
